RAHMA Islamic Conditions of Use — last updated 7 August 2026

Article 1 — Purpose

RAHMA is a matrimonial platform for Muslims sincerely seeking marriage (nikah). By creating an account you confirm that marriage is your intention. RAHMA is not a dating or entertainment app.

Article 2 — Eligibility

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You provide truthful information about yourself (identity, situation, photos).
• One account per person. Impersonation and fake profiles are forbidden.

Article 3 — Islamic etiquette (adab)

All interactions on RAHMA must respect Islamic manners:

• Address members respectfully, as you would in front of their family.
• No flirtation detached from a marriage project, no requests for inappropriate photos, no obscene, suggestive or vulgar language.
• Modesty settings (photo blur) of other members must be respected — do not pressure anyone to reveal photos.
• Involving your family early in the process is encouraged.

Article 4 — Prohibited behavior

• Harassment, insults, discrimination, or pressure of any kind.
• Sending or requesting indecent content.
• Fraud, requests for money, commercial solicitation.
• Attempting to move conversations off-platform to escape moderation.
• Any behavior contrary to the purpose of the app (Article 1).

Article 5 — Moderation and bans

• Messages are automatically screened: obscene language is blocked, and suspicious patterns (e.g. contact-information fishing) are flagged for human review.
• Any member can report another member. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team.
• Violations lead to a warning, and repeated or serious violations to a permanent ban. Banned accounts lose access immediately, including any active subscription, without refund.

Article 6 — Subscriptions

• RAHMA Premium is offered in 1, 3, 6 and 12 month plans.
• Subscriptions start once payment is confirmed and last exactly the chosen duration.
• No silent auto-renewal: you choose each renewal yourself.
• Prices are displayed before purchase and may change for future periods.

Article 7 — Reporting inappropriate content

Any message, photo or voice note can be reported directly from the conversation. Reports alert our moderation team immediately, and moderators review the actual reported content before deciding on a warning or a ban.

Article 8 — Account & data

You may pause or delete your account at any time. See our Privacy Policy for how your data is handled.

Article 9 — Acceptance

Using RAHMA means you accept these conditions in full. May Allah put barakah in your search and grant you a spouse who is the coolness of your eyes. Amin.
